YOGA + Meditation with April Conniff

Wednesdays 12:00 pm

Join April, Yoga and Meditation Instructor, every Wednesday at 12:00 PM at Arts on Bryant for a 60-minute yoga class, followed by a 20-minute guided meditation. Visitors are welcome to attend one or both sessions.

April's classes focus on Hatha yoga—a balanced practice that blends strength and flexibility, effort and ease. Postures are held for several breaths to allow for deeper awareness, with options to flow with the breath. Practice is easily adapted to suit individuals using a chair. Whether you’re brand new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, April’s classes offer an opportunity to ground, grow, and connect.

April is a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher with advanced training in Hatha yoga. She is the founder of Revive Yoga and Mobility, a mobile yoga studio dedicated to making yoga and meditation affordable and accessible to all. April is passionate about creating inclusive spaces where individuals of all backgrounds and abilities can explore the benefits of mindful movement and stillness.
